The Epiphany

        I have a dream.  I want to build a place, a retreat, a haven for thought, creativity and open minds and spirits.  I want to fill it with the tools and resources for learning, teaching creating and just plain celebrating life.  It will have everything from an old fashioned library to a high-end computer centre, musical instruments, ceramic studio, woodworking shop, sewing room, a pool, a gym and a wonderful working kitchen.  There will be a great room, a gathering space with comfy couches and chairs, plants everywhere, and a fireplace.  There will be enough property for a scattering of guest cottages, perhaps a kitchen garden.  Remote, but not too remote and likely on the water somewhere.  

        I want to build this place so that all the wonderful minds and spirits I have known and will someday come to know might have a place to come and stay to just be, or to think and share and build ideas.  Kind of a free form think tank.  This is just the acorn of an idea and I'm not sure where it will go.  But I will plant it here in the back of the brain pan and see what happens. 

        I believe that it is time to resurrect my old non-profit organization the Feannex Foundation.  It may be sometime before I can afford a physical haven, but there's no reason I cannot begin to build a virtual "outside the box" think tank!
