(It is tempting to oversimplify and jump on the last word above and summarize Comparative Strategic Culture Analysis as a kind of Cognitive Psychoanalysis of a Nation for Strategic Purposes. There might be some validity in such a summarization, certainly useful in anecdotal conversation, but for the purpose of this undertaking I suspect that far more is required.)
